NOTE: The Java based video takes about 30 - 60 sec. to load a 50k applet which is transparent to the user. Once it's loaded along with the first few buffered frames, the play button will turn green. Click it to start the video. If you have a problem playing the video it's most likely due to network congestion. A way around this is to let the buffer (the dark gray area on the slider) advance the slider to the end. Click on rewind and then the play button. It should now play seamlessly all the way through. Requires Explorer 3.0 and above or Netscape 4.0 and above.
