These are some of the artifacts found just north of the cornfield.  This area of the battleline was held by Gregg's South Carolina regiments. 

On the backside of the same ridge (towards Little River Turnpike), the battlefield grave of a member of the brigade was found while clearing the land for townhomes. The soldier was buried with full state and military honors in Columbia, South Carolina.
